A combination of AUs, courtesy Code's meddling: there is Code's origin AU, wherein every monster has the same Programmer ability that allows them to alter the bits and bytes of a world and its inhabitants (hence their AU is a goddamn mess); there is the abandoned Factory World AU that Code has claimed as his own; and there is Whats' AU... Or what's left of it after Code crashed it on accident.
Also courtesy Code, Rogue_Prog(tale) intersects on occasion with Iniquitale. However, unlike Iniquitale, Rogue_Prog(tale) doesn't have any real timeline or story to it. While Code is to some degree looking for a way to fix Whats' AU, it's more of an afterthought.
