Fuse’s li'l bro and the other half of the gRaver Bros (at least when they are a thing). Papyrus still follows the ways of PLUR to a T.
Seems to be able to sense “vibes” off of people. For example, in one (well, a few) timeline(s), Bunny killed him. While he cannot remember this, Papyrus since steered clear of Bunny. He also knew that guy was bad news from the beginning.
Before the Barrier’s shattering he worked under Undyne as a Royal Guard(ian) in training at the Ruins Orphanage. On the Surface, he works at a daycare.
He will forever be very confused about how his bro went from plucky raver boy to ornery rat. From his perspective, this drastic change happened over the course of a single morning.
During the Hivemind Era, he assists Shelphys’ Resistance efforts.
